Yes, if you live in Melbourne, you can pick up your order at Bird Vet Melbourne at 128 Highbury Road Burwood VIC 3125. We will send you a confirmation email once your order can be picked up.

No, orders can not be cancelled during the shipping process.
Yes, but only if the order has not been fulfilled or sent. Depending on the items you would like to add, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
If you have checked the status of your order with the tracking number provided and it has passed the expected delivery date, please contact us via our email chirpychopau@gmail.com.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong shipping address via chirpychopau@gmail.com or our socials. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will be required to the shipping cost again before the order can be resent. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
